So I'm a little slow commenting-- better late than never, right?
Massive love for all the colors-- especially her hair! The grass-detail's wicked awesome, also, and the moon and the dress (kimono?) design-- and the entire pic, actually.
One little thing, about her anatomy; in real life, people's shoulders are something like two and a half or three head widths. In anime it all depends on style and how cartoony it's supposed to be, of course, but it doesn't seem (to me, at least) like you were going for close-to-chibi-ish on this one. All of the rest of the proportions look good to me, so maybe you'd just want to make future heads a bit smaller?
Other than that, the the drawing's beautiful!

Yay!! Better late than never, indeed. ^^ Yes, I always make heads too big, I need to work on that, but thank you so much! It took so long to decide the colors, I'm glad I apparently made some good choices!
